Why have Counselling?

You want to talk but feel unable to share with family or friends.
You want to make sense of the feelings you are experiencing.
You want to feel truly heard and listened to.
To learn life long coping skills that help you through difficult times.

How will it help me?
It could help you to heal from past or present trauma.
By talking things over a great sense of pressure can be released. It becomes possible to feel better, live better and for problems to seem more manageable.

What happens?
We have a initial free 20 minute chat on the telephone to see if we can work effectively together.

We can discuss how many sessions you feel you need. I recommend a series of 6 to begin with but this can be adapted to however many you require.
I also check in with you after each session to see if you want to continue.

Sessions last 1 hour and can take place in my counselling room in Exeter,Devon.
My room is calm and cosy with the squishiest chairs or I can also work online so you can be comfortable in your own space.
If you prefer to be online then please ensure you have good internet connection and a confidential space.

Fees are due in advance of the session.
