Face to Face

Face to face or in person counselling can feel more personal. There is also something to be said for having that time booked out just for you including the travel to and from the session.

Allowing time to prepare and debrief yourself before jumping back into every day life.

Online

Online is convenient and means you can be comfortable in your own space. 

When life is already busy it can be hard to find an hour for yourself but getting support through an online video call makes that easier, wherever you are in the world.

Telephone

Knowing there is someone on the other end of the phone that is listening and is there for you can feel so supportive.

As with online; as long as you are in a private space it means that you can get support wherever you are.
